Sugar fluorite is a beautiful blue gemstone with sugar-like quartz crystals forming on top of the fluorite cubes. It is found in many different parts of the world, but the most notable deposits are in China and Madagascar. Sugar fluorite gets its name from the distinctive shape of the quartz crystals, which resemble tiny sugar crystals.
