Returns/Refund Policy/Exchanges

Due to the nature of shipping fragile minerals and crystals, we cannot accept returns, offer refunds or exchanges. However, if you receive an order where we have made a mistake, you are entitled to a refund.

If we agree to accept a return, please email us before returning any item if you are unsure how to package. The item(s) must be returned in the same condition you received it. If the item is returned damaged due to insufficient packaging by the customer, a refund will not be issued.

We check each item before packaging and shipping. All electronic devices are new, powered on, and tested for proper working condition before being sent out. We do not offer any warranties on electronic devices.
