Ammonites are a type of fossilized sea creature that lived during the Jurassic period. They are closely related to modern-day octopuses and squid, and their shells have been used for centuries as decoration and jewelry. Today, ammonites are popular collectibles, and many people enjoy displaying them in their homes. These natural ammonites with pyrite have been cast in clear resin, creating a highly polished circular display plate.
