Shipping policy

 

All US orders totaling a minimum of $35 will receive free standard shipping (3-6 days). 


USPS Shipping Insurance - INSIDE the US
As a courtesy to our customers, Eerie Mineral Co. will provide any additional insurance coverage that exceeds the shipper's default insurance coverage.

USPS Shipping Insurance - OUTSIDE the US
We will provide any additional insurance coverage that exceeds the shipper's default insurance coverage.

*Canadian and overseas customers - we have found more often than not that although shipping with UPS sometimes offers cheaper shipping fees and faster delivery times, taxes and/or Tariff fees can be much more than USPS (United States Postal Service)

 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if you received the wrong item. 

If any damage is incurred during shipping, DO NOT throw away any of the broken contents or packaging. Please take pictures of all damage, including the inside and outside of the box. You should handle all claims through the shipping service used, USPS, UPS etc... We will do our best to help you however we can.

We are not responsible for the following:

  1. Damages caused during the shipment
  2. Lost or stolen packages
  3. Packages sent to the wrong address if the wrong address was given to us
